What happens when you grow up on the Human Resources (HR) side of a technology company with a passion for mentoring that starts her own company? You learn first hand 8 key lessons from a HR-driven start-up tech diva.

Estelle Roux-Stevens is deeply passionate about the Power of Mentoring and enjosy talking, teaching and training on the topic. Her passion for scale-ups can be traced back as far back as my first HR role working for a London based energy company. With more than 20 years experience in International HR, she has  transformed small teams into world class, high performing Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams.

She lives by the motto "Never underestimate the power of a positive mind".

Estelle teamed up with her CTO/Developer husband to solve a problem they both faced. Estelle witnessed the power of networking while her husband saw the need in the startup space. This is why they created Mentorjam. I did ask about how you run a business with her husband which she attributes to respect and freedom.
