Coach Tiffany Taylor is a productivity and mindset coach who empowers professionals to crush their goals daily. She has many time management, mindset, and productivity techniques that can lead to tech diva success. She shares a few with us in this short episode. 

Tiffany overcame her own struggle with anxiety, ADHD, and time management. This helped fuel her obsession to be a productivity coach. She starts the episode speaking to time management.

Have you ever said you don’t have enough time? What if instead you said “This is not a priority for me”? We discuss ways to create more time with your mindset.  Then, we talk about self care. As women, we often put ourselves last. It is so important to reclaim that energy so we can be our best in the workplace. That is why it is key to do things like eat well, sleep, and exercise. Take the challenge and post for seven days a self care ritual on social. Tiffany wants to hold you accountable to do this for your own benefit. 

The main message here wasn’t time management, but it boiled down to energy management. She speaks to how it is foundational to look at where your energy is flowing. Don’t steal energy from your future by making poor decisions on where you spend it. Lots of great reminders here on basic things that we can control to help make ourselves more successful.
